Alpha Delta Pi's philanthropy is the Ronald McDonald House, which is a home for families to stay in while their child is receiving care at the nearest hospital. The cost of hospital treatments can be expensive, so the Ronald McDonald House is able to relieve some stress by providing a place to sleep and meals during their stay. As a member of Alpha Delta Pi, we get to work very closely with the Ronald McDonald House and the families that pass through. We collect supplies to stock up the house for families staying there, and our members clean and cook at the house. This past year, our chapter raised over 23,000 dollars for the Ronald McDonald House from our Color Run! It is truly a wonderful feeling to know that we are able to help so many families that appreciate everything that we do. This year we are excited to announce that we are partnering with YCAP for a college boxing event to help raise money for our philanthropy and the YCAP.
